The respect for one’s natural rights like religious freedom and freedom of association in the Caribbean are protected. There is no written or unwritten law that stratify us into permanent ranks in society. We are free to choose our names and our religion; who we associate with and marry. In some places this is not possible. But in Modi’s India a skewed understanding of the caste system has led to growing intolerance of minorities.
This is no secret. In 2002, the world watched the Gujrat genocide of Muslims under the former chief minister of that state and now Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.
Hence, the communal relations in India have had repercussions in the Hindu and Muslim Caribbean communities.
In 2002, the militant wing of Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Rashtriya Swayamasevak Sangh (RSS) saffron-clad vigilantes set on fire the Muslim Ghettos of Gujrat and if that did not kill the Muslims fast enough, those who tried to escape were hacked. Women were raped and children slaughtered not even the pregnant women were spared. The police and Modi’s state government turned a blind eye to this terror.
However, the subject was well covered by human rights groups and Modi was banned from entering the US due to his inaction to save the Muslims. And since then the RSS became infamous for Hindutva terrorism.
Naturally, social cohesion in Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname with large Hindu and Musilm population has in the past and apparently the future, will be affected by events in India.
Basically, Modi’s Hindutva nationalist politics of turning India into a Hindu republic will affect communal harmony in these Caribbean countries where Christians, Hindus and Muslims coexist cordially and peacefully since their arrival in 1834 from Northern India.
This is why a commentary by former Guyanese parliamentarian and political commentator Ralph Ramkaran, in Guyana’s Stabroek News, (SN) on May 26, caught my attention.
“Despite disastrous economic policies resulting mainly in the failure to improve the economy for the poor and reduce unemployment, which was one of his main promises,” Narendra Modi did well in national elections. This despite the fact that “half of India’s population is under 25 and two-thirds are under 35,” Ralph Ramkaran said.
So why did Modi do well at the polls? Ramkaran concluded that, “It means that India’s youth have been seduced by the BJP’s policies of hate against Muslims, lower castes, the ‘elites’ and the BJP’s subversion of the judiciary, the free press, the elections commission and other institutions.”
I agree with Ramkaran when he said, “India has much influence in Guyana because of religious and cultural factors and Guyana has traditionally had close relations with India. Hopefully, the BJP’s strong promotion of Hindu “values” does not influence Guyanese into ideas that are resistant to the forms of unity that are necessary for Guyana to move forward.”
It comes as no surprise that the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) flagged several Indian fascist groups, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal, and two Sangh Parivar groups with RSS links as militant organisations. These militant groups form a parallel army of thugs and vigilantes who have sprung up all over India to bully, intimidate and kill Muslims, Christians, Dalits, women and children.
Countries like Suriname where Hindus forced a boycott on Musilms for cow killing and other communal issues should never be repeated. Just like in India in the 1920s and which continues today, “the Shuddi movement of converting Muslims and Christians “back to their original faith, Hinduism” took place in Suriname from 1927 to 1949 and it led to Hindu/Muslim divide there.
The Muslims brought their grievances to the queen of the Netherlands and the situation was tempered eventually. This information can be found in newspaper archives in Suriname and various publications such as; Autobiography of an Indentured Labourer- Munshi Rahman Khan which was translated by Kathinka Kerkhoff, Indentured Muslims in the diaspora: Identity and Belonging by Maurits S. Hassankhan, et al, and other publications.
In a country with rampant casteism, female marginalization, illiteracy and wretched poverty; stratified by race, caste, religion, regionalism, languages and economic disparity, it doesn’t take much to light the flames of communism. Modi’s nationalist Hindutva remaking of India is frightening. He won a landslide victory because of this dirty politics of using communal politics in this campaign.
Clearly, Modi’s local politics will affect India’s ties with the global community and its campaign for a permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council. However, that may be hard to achieve now that his politics is becoming more and more like the right-wing nationalists’ movements across Europe and the United States. Ironically, it’s the same very people, the so-called “Aryans” that imposed a caste system that has stratified India by colour. The black Indians fall at the bottom of the caste system and are condemned to a life of hell on earth. So India on the UNSC will tow the line of nationalists voices.
Modi turned his back on the Non-Aligned Movement and decolonization. He has dumped the Palestinian and the Iranians and joined the radical Sunni axis. It was the Sunni Gulf Sheikdoms and kingdoms that voted against India at the OIC. Iran always had strong civilizational ties with India. Several times Modi voted against pro-Palestine resolutions at the UN and also voted against Iran at the UN. Modi should be reminded that it’s the Wahabi doctrine from Saudi Arabia that has radicalized South Asia. These are his new “buddies.”
Can India be trusted to defend, champion and protect the interest of “Third World” countries at the UN Security Council?
The US State Department recently reported that more and more under Narendra Modi’s India, minority rights are being violated. Religious freedom is becoming less and less in India. Ongoing campaign of harassment, violence and intimidation of non-Hindus, lower-caste Hindu, and Christians, whose churches have been vandalized in Delhi and the central state of Madhya Pradesh, are suffering from Modi’s silence to the plight of his countrymen living under this Hindutva terror.
The US report said that “There were reports of religiously motivated killings, assaults, riots, discrimination, vandalism, and actions restricting the right of individuals to practice their religious beliefs,” the report said. “Authorities often failed to prosecute perpetrators of ‘cow vigilante’ attacks, which included killings, mob violence, and intimidation.”
The State Department report blames “the government’s allowance and encouragement of mob violence against religious minorities”. The “campaign of violence” involves intimidation and harassment against non-Hindu and lower-caste Hindu minorities.
“Mob attacks by violent extremist Hindu groups against minority communities, especially Muslims, continued throughout the year amid rumours that victims had traded or killed cows for beef,” it notes.
Recently, Indian police arrested 11 people belonging to Hindu vigilante groups for lynching of a Muslim man who later died of his wounds in police custody. A 10-minute video shows Tabrez Ansari, 24, in Jharkhand, a state where many Caribbean Idnians ancestors hail from. He was tied to a pole beaten for over six hours and forced to shout
“Jai Shri Ram, Jai Shri Hanuman” (Hail Lord Ram/Hanuman). This is the common slogan all over and especially North India used by Hindu far-right groups and especially in the Brahmin belt.
Commenting on this recent incident, Hyderabad member of parliament (MP), Asaduddin Owaisi, summarizes succinctly why Muslims are being targeted. “Incidents of mob lynching aren’t going to stop because BJP and RSS have increased a sense of hatred against Muslims. They’ve successfully created a mindset where Muslims are seen as terrorists, anti-nationals and cow slaughters,” said the Hyderabad MP.
In Kashmir there is no freedom of movement and New Delhi continues to strip away the state’s autonomous status. For a decade now the valley of Kashmir has been under lockdown and locals have been denied internet, freedom of movement, and mobile phone services.
India has imposed two laws that have been instrumental in the torture, disappearance, rape and brutality of the Kashmiri people. In July 2015, the New York Times editorial called on India to “end the abuse of the Kashmiris by the Indian military.” The Times cited the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA), which provides immunity to Indian soldiers for basically any action, and the Public Safety Act (PSA), which is used to imprison people without due process. Amnesty International calls the PSA a “lawless law” and has been campaigning for its revocation. Since New Delthi can’t break the will of the Kashmiris, Modi is now using an Israeli model.
They will change constitutional land laws to populate the valley with non-Muslims, and this is why Modi appointed minister Amit Shah, a hardline Hindu nationalist to work on this project.
The RSS presence in the Caribbean is happening with the opening of RSS ideological institutions in the region, and this will grow with the rise of Modi. This could have lasting repercussions for our region over time.
The governments of Guyana, Suriname, and Trinidad which have received significant economic and financial aid from India, have remained silent. However, Guyana will be a petroleum and gas producing country and will depend less on India. Yet an Indian government in Guyana or Trinidad may not condemn the rise of Hindutva nationalism across India.

Throughout this Chickerie piece, he has projected Prime Minister, Modi and his party (BJP) as villains. I haven’t read Ralph Ramkarran’s SN piece but based on Chickerie, he has done the same.
Chickerie is (seemingly a Shia) Muslim apologist. Let it be known: No Hindu and MODI care who is Shia or Sunni. Both have been destructive to India and genocidal to Hindus as they both see Hindus as blasphemers and infidels, as my recent book details. They invaded and ruled India, malevolently and cruelly for c. 800 years, so as to convert Hindus. Think of ISIS’ atrocities on the Yazidis to understand Muslim invasions and rule in India. That is how India has Muslims, as do Pakistan and Bangladesh. These people were all Hindus in the past. The choices for Hindus were Convert to Islam, pay a head tax (Jizya) or lose your head. Some Invaders/rulers would make hills of infidel Hindu heads.
So this Chickerie’s assertion of Modi backing ‘Wahabis’ is just assinine. Furthermore, he and Ramkarran are reciting from the prevalent anti-India/Hindu media, eg., NY Times, BBC and other English rags, Washington Post, Toronto Star, CBC, et al, ad nauseum, which go back to Colonial times where Indians (read Hindu) were/are seen as pagans following Hinduism, and are caste ridden. Even the State Dept., CIA, so-called Human Rights groups et al, follow the same script, and recite from their echo chambers. Just think of How the CIA fomented mass hysteria and racial strife about Jagan’s communism so as to put Burnham in power in Guyana and you get the idea.
As a related matter, Prof Clem Seecharan reads the same script, hence my current book – A MAULING OF INDIANS: Prof. Clem Seecharan’s Noxious, “Revisionist” Falsehoods of Indo-Guyanese History.
This book gives much insight into India’s history which needs to be known to understand modern India, Modi/BJP, the “Aryan” issue, Caste system and the racial situation in Guyana. I show that Hindus were/are the victims of Muslims and African-Guyanese from the inception. On the latter, as one openly said at the earliest encounter: “Coolie to weak” to even defend their women-folk and themselves. Chickerie makes numerous claims because he has a forum to spill his anti-Hindu agenda. I don’t; so I wrote two books to explode these myths. (Other than the above, I wrote UNDER ATTACK! THE CARIBBEAN INDIANS – Rebutting & Educating UWI Kean Gibson for Vilifying Hindus. Both Seecharan and Gibson, unfamiliar with Hindu humane doctrines, parrot anti-Hindu exegetes on their opinions. Ramkarran seems to be doing the same.
I now deal with a few issues. Chickerie claims that Modi didn’t rescue Muslims from Hindu violence in Gujarat. Modi couldn’t shift security forces fast enough to intervene in the riot. Several trials tried to pin blame on Modi. Yet ALL cleared him. Even India’s High Court, while the anti-Modi Gandhi’s were in power and which had more anti-Hindu appointees. Now, what Chickerie neatly neglects to tell you is what started the riot. Here goes: A train of Hindu pilgrims was set afire by Muslims, resulting with the incineration of 60 mostly women and children. The subsequent courts were even lenient with Muslim suspects. Now, a little about how destructive the Muslim Invasions/rule and the British were to India (Hindus). Take a look at this graph. It shows that India had the FOREMOST economy as measured by GDP at year, 1 (one) CE/AD. Then, by 1.000 CE, when destructive Muslim invasions and rule came into force, India began a decline, until the British arrived in the 1600s and given a carte blanche invitation to virtually do as they please. But that stabilizing GDP by the British was as a result of cash crops – Opium, Indigo, Jute, etc. which devastated the Indian lives and livelihoods leading to severe famines as the British sent the reduced food abroad to England.
This is what American historian Wm Durant (who took time of his volumes on Civilization to pen a book only on British devastation of India – The Case for India) said about Muslim Rule in India.
“The Mohammedan Conquest of India is probably the bloodiest story in history. It is a discouraging tale, for its evident moral is that civilization is a precarious thing, whose delicate complex of order and liberty, culture and peace may at any time be overthrown by barbarians invading from without or multiplying within. The Hindus had allowed their strength to be wasted in internal division and war; they had adopted religions like Buddhism and Jainism, which unnerved them for the tasks of life; they had failed to organize their forces for the protection of their frontiers and their capitals, their wealth and their freedom, from the hordes of Scythians, Huns, Afghans and Turks hovering about India’s boundaries and waiting for national weakness to let them in. For four hundred years (600-1000 A.D) India invited conquest; and at last it came. The first Moslem attack was a passing raid upon Multan, in the western Punjab (664 A.D., soon after Muhammad’s death) Similar raids occurred at the convenience of the invaders during the next three centuries. (p3)
Durant continues:
“But the real Moslem conquest of India did not come till the turn of the first millennium after Christ. [As only one example] In the year 997 a Turkish chieftain by the name of Mahmud became sultan of the little state of Ghazni, in eastern Afghanistan. Mahmud knew that his throne was young and poor, and saw that India, across the border, was old and rich; the conclusion was obvious. Pretending a holy zeal for destroying Hindu idolatry, he swept across the frontier with a force inspired by a pious aspiration for booty. He met the unprepared Hindus at Bhimnagar, slaughtered them, pillaged their cities, destroyed their temples, and carried away the accumulated treasures of centuries.” Returning to Ghazni he astonished the ambassadors of foreign powers by displaying “jewels and unbored pearls and rubies shining like sparks, or like wine congealed with ice, and emeralds like fresh sprigs of myrtle, and diamonds in size and weight like pomegranates.” (p4). “Each winter Mahmud descended into India, filled his treasure chest with spoils, and amused his men with full freedom to pillage and kill; each spring he returned to his capital richer than before. At Mathura (on the Jamuna) he took from the temple its statues of gold encrusted with precious stones, and emptied its coffers of a vast quantity of gold, silver and jewelry; he expressed his admiration for the architecture of the great shrine, judged that its duplication would cost one hundred million dinars and the labor of two hundred years, and then ordered it to be soaked with naphtha and burnt to the ground.
Durant: `Six years later he sacked another opulent city of northern India, Somnath, killed all its fifty thousand [50,000] inhabitants, and dragged its wealth to Ghazni. In the end he became, perhaps, the richest king that history has ever known. Sometimes he spared the population of the ravaged cities, and took them home to be sold as slaves; but so great was the number of such captives that after some years no one could be found to offer more than a few shillings for a slave. Before every important engagement Mahmud knelt in prayer, and asked the blessing of God [Allah] upon his arms. He reigned for a third of a century; and when he died, full of years and honors,…”
FYI: The Gypsies/Roma people were such slaves ripped out of India and taken to West Asia. After the Muslim Ottaman Empire fell the poor Gypsies were became personae non grata across Europe and abroad.
Here is a 20th C, Muslim atrocity pepetrated on Hindus:
“The Malabar Rebellion of 1921 is often considered as the culmination of Mappila riots. Mappilas committed several atrocities against the Hindus during the outbreak. Annie Besant [English-born, Irish heritage, theosophist and Indian freedom fighter] reported that Muslim Mappilas forcibly converted many Hindus and killed or drove away all Hindus who would not apostatize [convert to Islam] totaling to one lakh (100,000). https://infogalactic.com/info/Mappila_riots
Furthermore: American historian, Wm Durant, provides more illumination on the so-called Moplah Riots. “The Moplahs were simple Moslems who believed that every murdered Hindu was pleasing in the sight of God [Allah]. Angered by the British treatment of the Mohammedans in the Near East [defeated the Muslim Ottoman Empire which sided with the Germans in WWI], they rose against the local officials of the [British Indian] Government, and killed seven of them. Ashamed of their moderation, and finding no other whites to hand, they turned upon the Hindus (to whom they owed money), butchered hundreds of them, and circumcised other hundreds of them, male and female. (Durant: 99/181). NB: Hindu women were also “circumcised”!!!
About the British, Durant writes: “I have seen a great people [Indians] starving to death before my eyes, and I am convinced that this exhaustion and starvation are due not, as their beneficiaries [the British] claim, to over-population and superstition, but to the most sordid and criminal exploitation of one nation by another in all recorded history. “I propose to show that England has year by year been bleeding India to the point of death,…” (p5).
The other significant point to address is that NO Aryans ever invaded India – known as Aryan Invasion Theory (AIT). It is another falsehood that is all textbooks and the ‘echoes’ continue to propagate it. Read my book; I have a whole chapter devoted to it with very recent scholarly.scientific works citing inter alia, archaeology, geology, human population genetics which discredit this crucial anti-Hindu proposition that: Central Asians invaded India c1500 BCE and drove the dark-skinned people south, developed Sanskrit (as a language of oppressors) the Hindu Vedas and numerous other highly philosophical texts. AIT is Utter balderdash, without a scintilla of evidence to support it. Nevertheless, Eurocentric minds made this up to link themselves with the greatness of ancient India, its Sanskrit and philosophies.
I will show in a book for late next year the exact opposite: that it is ancient Indians who went abroad East and West to seed and fertilize other civilizations.
In the meantime, as shown above, Chickerie’s Muslim victimhood at hands of Hindus can only please and satiate the unlearned and the those who depend on ‘echo chambers’ for their edification.

Further to my earlier comments, there much more covered in my book “the Mauling of Indians” that are pertinent here.
Firstly, why do many Indians reject their heritage and like Guyanese Clem Seecharan, Ramkarran and Freddie Kissoon opt for the anti-Hindu narrative. I deal with this in the first chapter of the ‘Mauling’.
Here are Excerpts from the MAULING showing the British preference for Muslims vis a vis Hindus. First of all, Islam is an Abrahamic religion, hence a sister religion to Christianity, whereas Hinduism is deemed pagan, polytheistic and adherents are polytheistic and blasphemers . But they also preferred the ‘manly Muslim with hair on his chest and who was a meat eater’ rather than the vegetarian ‘effeminate Hindus’ as they deemed the two groups. Furthermore, their policies favoured Muslims:
“In 1905 Lord Curzon partitioned Bengal ‘promising that the partition would bring unity between the ruling Shia and the Sunni Muslim sects’. This Muslim unity was intended to be a counterweight against Hindus.
Lieutenant Governor of Bengal Bamfylde Fuller said: “ ‘that of his two wives (meaning the Muslim and Hindu sections of the province) the Mohammedan was the favourite’”. This led Muslims to read into his words that the British would “grant them impunity for anti-Hindu violence, which then spread in East Bengal. Assaults, rape abductions against the Hindu minority followed: ‘thus’, reported Henry Nevinson, ‘a new religious feud was established in Eastern Bengal’”. Nevinson further writes:
“I have invariably found English officers and officials on the side of Mohammedans… It was against the Hindus only that the petty persecution of officialdom was directed. It was they who were excluded from Government posts; it was from Hindu schools from which patronage was withdrawn. When Mohammedans rioted, the punitive police ransacked Hindu houses. (Tharoor: pp137 – 45)
According to Ms. Alex Von Tunzlemann, this favouritism of the British Crown for Muslims led to the partition of India with Winston Churchill and the English King and Queen supporting Muhammad Ali Jinnah (“father” of Pakistan) and the Muslim League’s demand for a separate Muslim homeland out of India’s territory – the East and West ‘wings’.
In order to secretly communicate with Jinnah, the much lionized British statesman, Winston Churchill (“uncle” of Pakistan), adopted an alias “Miss Elizabeth A. Gilliatt” to whom Jinnah was to send any crucial telegrams. Tunzlemann reveals that Jinnah found the King and Queen very receptive to the idea of a separate Pakistan for their Indian Muslim subjects.”
The Muslims quickly petitioned for a separate state from the ‘unclean Hindus’ when the British were planning to leave. The word PAKISTAN means “Land of the Pure” clearly indicating Muslim disdain for ‘impure’ Hindus as well as the Muslims were the rulers of Hindus for the preceding 800 years.
American disdain for Hindus/India

Nixon held a visceral dislike towards Indians and Bengalis, while admiring West Pakistanis’ supposed martial attributes. On the Kashmeri issue, the Hindu Pandits (a caste group) were forced to leave their ancestral home of Kashmir in favour of Muslim secessionists.
19/01/90: When Kashmiri Pandits fled Islamic terror

Srinagar, January 4, 1990. Aftab, a local Urdu newspaper, publishes a press release issued by Hizb-ul Mujahideen, set up by the Jamaat-e-Islami in 1989 to wage jihad for Jammu and Kashmir’s secession from India and accession to Pakistan, asking all Hindus to pack up and leave. Another local paper, Al Safa, repeats this expulsion order.
In the following days, there is near chaos in the Kashmir valley with Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah and his National Conference government abdicating all responsibilities of the State. Masked men run amok, waving Kalashnikovs, shooting to kill and shouting anti-India slogans.
Reports of killing of Hindus, invariably Kashmiri Pandits, begin to trickle in; there are explosions; inflammatory speeches are made from the pulpits of mosques, using public address systems meant for calling the faithful to prayers. A terrifying fear psychosis begins to take grip of Kashmiri Pandits.
Walls are plastered with posters and handbills, summarily ordering all Kashmiris to strictly follow the Islamic dress code, prohibiting the sale and consumption of alcoholic drinks and imposing a ban on video parlours and cinemas. The masked men with Kalashnikovs force people to re-set their watches and clocks to Pakistan Standard Time.
Shops, business establishments and homes of Kashmiri Pandits, the original inhabitants of the Kashmir valley with a recorded cultural and civilisational history dating back 5,000 years, are marked out. Notices are pasted on doors of Pandit houses, peremptorily asking the occupants to leave Kashmir within 24 hours or face death and worse. Some are more lucid: “Be one with us, run, or die!”
Here is an example of how a Human Rights Group twist the facts to support Muslims
“Therefore, the government makes bold to record that the Kashmiri Pandits have “migrated on their own” and their ‘displacement (is) self-imposed;’ the National Human Rights Commission, after a perfunctory inquiry, refuses to concede that what has happened is ‘genocide’ or ‘ethnic cleansing,’ though facts add up to no less than that, never mind that 300,000 lives have been destroyed.

Aug. 15 [2017] will mark India’s 70th anniversary as a free country. That was the day in 1947 when it emerged from its long, dark, winter of almost 1,000 years of foreign rule.
The first invasion of India, with the intent of permanent occupation and destruction of its Hindu ethos, was made by the Arabs in AD 710.
After that came Afghan, Turkic and Central Asian [Islamic] barbarians who committed untold horrors on a largely civilized and peaceful [Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Sikh] people.
India still lives with the scars of these invasions, but more on that later.
From the 16th century onwards, it was the turn of the Europeans, who ostensibly came for trade, but reduced India from being one of the most prosperous places on earth, to one of the poorest.
First came the Portuguese, followed by the Dutch, French and finally the British Raj, that lasted 200 years. India’s independence 70 years ago came at a huge price and left a permanent scar that may never go away.
The 7,000-year-old Indian civilization born on the plains of Punjab and the River Indus, and in the foothills of the Himalayas, would have both its limbs [East & West Pakistan] amputated as the price of freedom.
What began in AD 710 as an Islamic attempt to destroy “Hind,” [India] as prophesized in Islam’s doctrine of “Ghazwa-e-Hind” (Prophet Muhammad’s war on India) led to India losing the very River Indus it was named after to the Islamic State of Pakistan. [Recall: Stephen Knapp deals with this Hadith, as well]
The process of India’s amputation began on Aug. 16, 1946, barely a year after the Second World War ended, revealing the horrors of the Holocaust, where six million Jews were targeted for annihilation.
The leader of the Pakistan movement in India, M. A. Jinnah, ordered a so-called “Direct Action Day” which ended in the killing of Hindus in the city of Calcutta, to blackmail the secular Indian National Congress to concede to his demand for the “Partition of India.”
This so he could carve out an Islamic state, claiming Muslims could not live under the rule of non-Muslims, particularly the supposedly “unclean” Hindus.
On that day Jinnah unleashed his thugs in Calcutta to an orgy of death, slaughtering Hindus without mercy. Thousands were killed.
A Hindu reprisal against Muslims is what Jinnah was hoping for and he got what he had planned.
Days before the riots, Jinnah told a press conference, as reported by American journalist Margaret Bourke-White in her book, Halfway to Freedom: “We will either have a divided India or a destroyed India.”
Both Jawaharlal Nehru and Mahatma Gandhi succumbed to Jinnah’s blackmail.
By the time the massacres were over, few Hindus or Sikhs were left alive in Lahore, the ancient Hindu city believed to be named after “Luv” the son of Lord Ram.
While Muslims who moved to Pakistan from India came of their own accord, Hindus and Sikhs did not leave their homes on their own account. Many were hunted down and killed or chased away.
[Note: These are the very horrors which Kakar as a 9-10 year old overheard his refugee cousins (from nascent Pakistan) recounting, leading them to ‘hate Muslims’ and providing Seecharan ammunition to say Hindus have an imagery of Muslims as ‘animal-like’ but without Seecharan letting-on about this context, which the fair-minded Muslim, Tarek Fatah does.]
Just two years after the world had said “Never Again,” what happened to the Jews in Germany happened to Hindus and Sikhs in the new Islamic state.
It is politically incorrect to say so, but the facts stare us in our face.

Regarding the caste system (“Casta” is a Portuguese word applied to the Indian system), the British went around with calipers to measure Indians’ heads and noses and then classified them into about 35 races and over 2,000 castes. In the 1901 census, they classified all indians into the 2,000+ castes and set it in stone. That is the system that operates in India right now.
So, we see for 1,000 years the Muslims and British destroyed the noble Indian/Hindu system. Furthermore, the money the British siphoned off India was used to develop and finance the British industrial Revolution.

I had forgotten about this very illuminating video on what Chickerie refers to as Facist RSS and Hindutva.
Here the atheist Flemish scholar, Dr. Koenraad Elst (did his PhD on Indian culture and politics) explaining the rise of the RSS. He explains lucidly that the RSS was formed as a reaction to the British Raj favouring Muslims – partitioning Bengal in 1906 so as to consolidate Muslim power in India (and subvert the move to self-rule by having Muslim on side with British – “Divide et Impera”). This group then became a security force for Annual Congress meetings and Hindu Sabhas from attacks from Muslims.
A few words to understand: “Sabha” means society as in MahaSabha. “Gunga Din” refers to Kipling’s poem of a Hindu underling and water-carrier for British soldiers in battle, who is maligned and mistreted by said soldiers as sub-human and slave. I refer to them – including Ralph Ramkarran, Clem Seecharan and Freddie Kissoon – as Macaulay’s “coconuts” who willingly submit to the Eurocentric/Western-Judeo-Christian-Islamic axis dislike for Hindus/India. Note that Dr. Elst refers to the Muslim ‘Moplah pogrom/genocide’ of Hindus. I spoke of it above but was softer, didn’t classify it as “pogrom”. Elst also explains that the movement came ahead of Facism/Nazism, and was for democracy, and was onside with Britain, et al. against Germany.
The ‘Secularists’ of India are the said ‘Axis’, +Marxists added. I deal with this bunch in the very first chapter of “The Mauling of Indians” because I see the link of Seecharan’s thesis on Indo-Guyanese, singling out Hindus, to these said Indian Secularists. Just ahead of last Indian elections they fanned out to Western media to demonize Modi and Hindus, just as Chickerie and Ramkarran are doing. (I complained twice to the CBC (Canada) about their favouritism towards this bunch; and was writing the NYTimes but dropped it because I didn’t they would publish the letter following the practice of the Toronto Star). But Indians now begin to see through them. Chickerie talks of ‘vote-banking’ by Modi/BJP but is the Congress party which does it as it downplays, as Nehru did, with facts of Islamic atrocities on Hindus so as to vote-bank Muslim votes. Koenraad Elst calls it “Negationism” of Islamic atrocities in another video (second video below).
In this other Elst video he briefly talks about Muslim atrocities on Hindus. Note here that Elst identifies first Indian Prime Minister, Nehru as taking a soft stance about rabid Muslim invader, Mahmud Ghazni razing the Krishna temple in Mathura (one of several destruction after each rebuilding). This is how “secularism” is born in India. His Congress Party which has since lost consecutively to Modi twice is a hotbed of these secularists. This should give readers a clue why Modi was returned with a much larger majority.

Quit putting words in my mouth. I have never made mockery or insulted Hinduism, but have criticised that a religion which promulgates peace and respect for animals such as cows would blatantly murder entire families because they are Christian or Hindu.
How can Hindu extremists chop up and kill families because of their religion or complexion, while kissing the feet of Benjamin Netanyahu, a man whose religion slaughters cows the Kosher way?
Lots of people from the ABC countries tell me that there are certain sects of Indians who would kiss the feet of the colonisers if it means being an accomplice to genocide of other groups.

In this video the ‘most honest Muslim I have ever come across’, Toronto Sun columnist, Tarek Fatah tells us a very different story about Kashmir, blaming Pakistan and the several terrorist extremist organizations/ Jihadists. From the inception they moved into Kashmir with Pakistan even giving territory to China, mainly as a move to make them an ally against India. He talks about how the Muslims chased out the Hindu Pandits (over 300,000 of the). Below that I show from one of numerous articles out there that they gang-raped Hindu women in the process of chasing them out of Kashmir. Finally, on another current issue in the USA, he talks about how Democratic Reps, Ilhan Omar and Rasheed Tlaib back Sharia and are not supportive of liberal Muslim women. As the golden images of goddesses, etc show, Thailand was a Hindu country, now Buddhist (still Indian origins though). Yesterday, a Canadian white retired high school principal at the gym, with whom I have regular talks, asked me about Kashmir, which he is concerned about. I told him I know the bare facts, among which there was Muslim genocide and expulsion of over 300,000 Hindus from their native Kashmir. (You will see Tarek uses the 500,000 figure). And that the Pakistan supported part of Kashmir gave a huge portion of free territory to China, where China has 100,000 troops and jails for free labour. (see map in video). China is coddled by Pakistan as ally against India. China will build a roadway to the Arabian gulf through Pakistan to get to oil and trade ( and to surround India).

A major shift took place in the Indian subcontinent on Monday when the government of India revoked the special status it had conferred on its only Muslim-majority state – the State of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).

As expected, Pakistan invoked its self-styled role as the godfather of India’s Islamists. The country’s military-backed Prime Minister Imran Khan made a barely concealed threat of a nuclear attack unless India revoked its actions taken on its own sovereign territory.
Khan told a joint session of the Pakistan parliament, “if we fight a war till we shed the last drop of our blood, who will win that war? No one will win it and it will have grievous consequences for the entire world,” he thundered. Then, as if to mollify his threat of a worldwide nuclear catastrophe, Khan fooled no one by insisting: “This is not nuclear blackmail.”
Khan then played the race card: “What they (Indian government) did in Kashmir is in accordance with their ideology. They have a racist ideology … ingrained in their ideology that puts Hindus above all other religions and seeks to establish a state that represses all other religious groups.”
India’s actions were taken through a change in two articles of its constitution that won approval in both houses of the country’s parliament. The fact this led Pakistan to threaten nuclear war tells us why so many of us consider the country not just a state sponsor of terrorism, but a threat to world peace under a military that is carrying out a genocide on its own people in the occupied once independent country of Balochistan.
India has a peculiarity to its history. Unlike the Persian and Egyptian civilizations that crumbled in the face of Islamic expansionism of the 7th and 8th centuries, India’s Hindu society was able to survive despite the total erasure of Hinduism from the 5,000-year-old Indus Valley Civilization by the Arab marauder Muhammad Bin Qasim and later murderous plunderers such as Tamerlane and the Moguls ending with the looting of its riches and resources by the British.
When they finally left in 1947, Britain amputated India’s limbs to partition the ancient land into three, with the Islamic State of Pakistan flanking India on both its eastern and western borders.
On paper India had won its freedom in August 15, 1947, but on the ground the ancient plundered land was not free until Monday.
Acting in good faith and making India secular to accommodate its Muslim minority, for decades its Hindu leaders distanced themselves from their heritage. India’s first education minister came from a family in Mecca that claimed to be a direct descendent of Prophet Muhammad.
In fact, India is the only major civilizational country where you are systematically taught to hate your heritage and glorify the invaders who came to destroy it. And this absurdity is called “secularism.”
Anyone standing up for the rights of India’s Hindu heritage of its indigenous and aboriginal population, who took pride in their ancient Vedic texts was labelled by the slur of being an “ultra-right Hindu nationalist,” while those who propagated the total Islamization of India under the Arab doctrine of “Ghazwa-e-Hind” and the eradication of every Hindu Temple were free to claim such hate as being their “right” to practice their faith.
But in the words of Bob Dylan, “the times, they are a changing.” India has finally won its freedom from the clutches of those who mock its heritage and wish it harm.

I in 2008 I visted India on a 22-day trip in a group toor of about 18 people. None of us was accosted. Furthermore, I went out looking for internet cafes, and to look around on my own. No one accosted me. It is the safest place I havre ever been to.

Then on CBC, day before, Marcell Wilson, co-founder of One-by-One, associates the violence with Chicago black “Trap” music (variant of Rap) where the black gangs supposedly glorify and aggrandize their criminal actions. This music genre is also prominent among the black listeners in TO. (I have always felt that the imagery of rap is somehow related to the gun culture of blacks)
I also dealt with the broken black families in my 2009 book, Under Attack! The Caribbean Indians – Rebutting and Educating UWI’s Kean Gibson for vilifying Hindus, as responsible for black poverty and violence in various countries and then they blame Indians in Guyana/T&T for their economic plight. Recall that Indians were introduced as indentured labourers AFTER African Guyanese were liberated. When then Indians are seen as economically better? Could it not be because of their cohesive faimly life and their frugality? But it is always easier to blame an outsider for one’s failings – in this case Indians.
In Toronto, I mentioned in the book about the importing of a Black Boston pastor who had success in Boston and was expected to do similar in TO. But it seems the TO Black community hasn’t applied his recommendations.
Just a couple hours ago, the black Police Chief of Toronto, addressing the daily gun violence (two more last night) claims that 326 gun criminals are out on bail and the police know that many of them are repeat offenders and the communities these gangs come from. But the bleeding heart legal system continues to go easy on them.
In the meantime, law abiding Torontonians are under seige – afraid to be out after 9:00pm. Some parents in the known localities even put their kids in the bath tubs to sleep as several cases of people were shot through their wall while sleeping, looking at TV or cooking, etc. Even the TV and radio stations, every15 mins or so keep talking of the gun violence (fearful of even using the word ‘Black’, because the black activists will take them to Human Right Comm, etc., but the said activists wouldn’t bring the often known criminals to Police attention)

Update: As I was signing off on the previous post, the CP24 TV station reported that two more people were shot that very instant due to drive-by shooting by the black gangs. One was killed. That was about 2:30 pm, in broad daylight with cameras all over the locality well-known for gang activity. Whether children were around or not was immaterial. Last year too, a shooting took place where little children were in a playground with one being shot.
Yet, Benhur talks about mistreatment in India of children. If he means child marriage, that is a Muslim practice taken to India. But say “India” and everyone who is unaccustomed to due diligence thinks “Hindus”. Now it will surprise Benhur and Trevor when I say I tend to agree with them about the RSS influence in Guyana/Caribbean. It occurred to me that India, especially under Mr Modi, could be paying attention to the plight of its diasporic people. As honest Muslim Tarek Fatah said of Mr Modi’s action this week on the Kashmir issue:

If India knew about the inhuman treatment of the first batch of indentured people and so suspended Indian emigration for 5 years (1839-1845) why wouldn’t they know of these more recent atrocities and threats, given regular travel to India by diasporic Indians and Indo-Guyanese and that India has a High Commission in Guyana, not ignoring electronic communication and internet discussion sites such as this, and regular contacts with Indian nationals abroad.
So, indeed I begin to see that India under Mr Modi & the RSS will not sit by and allow their people and the Motherland to be continually desecrated and villified by the likes of Benhur, Trevor and their Black racist cabal.
I won’t be surprised if their degrading statements on India and Hindu are being monitored. I won’t be surprised too that Indo-Guyanese are warming up to Mr Modi’s ‘spine of steel’ against those out to hurt them including rigging of impending elections and the blatant disregard of the CCJ rulings by the PNC/AFC lame-duck gov’t.

It is unfortunate that the Haitians, Cubans and Venezuelans who have been entering Guyana in large numbers have become pawns in the country’s politics. These individuals are escaping poverty and repression but because of Guyana’s past history with rigged elections by the PNC, now the dominant partner in the government, their arrival is viewed with concern and suspicion by some Guyanese.
The present may now be haunted by the past. Freddie Kissoon, Kaieteur News columnist who is no friend of the PPP and who is well informed on Guyana’s politics, in his July 16, 2019 column “President Granger is violating the constitution” writes “This columnist has opined in private emails and in his columns that Guyana is heading for instability. I repeat my fear here which I will not be fearful in asserting – Guyana is about to atavistically return to the seventies of rigged elections.”
Centuries ago, preeminent English playwright, William Shakespeare, informed us “What’s past is prologue” meaning that history sets the context for the present. Archival documents of the US Department of State,
(https://2001-2009.state.gov/r/pa/ho/frus/johnsonlb/xxxii/44659.htm) may now help to understand the apprehension regarding the influx of these foreigners. These documents show that in the past the PNC considered using Caribbean islanders to rig the 1968 election. The following extracts are informative:

“Had long and useful discussion with Burnham evening September 15 lasting until well after midnight… Opportunity arose early in conversation to seek determine how he views central problem of assuring re-election in 1968. It is clear that he prefers to hope that significant fraction Indians can be won over to his party or to one he can work with. If, however, it appears that such development not occurring he then strongly favors program for importation West Indian Negroes and while conceding there would be practical problems, believes they could be overcome. If such program not possible, I gather he would be willing consider such ideas as unitary statehood with Barbados or, conceivably, disenfranchisement of illiterates. He finds such thoughts very distasteful but believe he would do so if convinced there is no other way to survive politically against PPP.”
July 15, 1966 – Telegram From the Ambassador to Guyana (Carlson) to the Department of State
“ Prime Minister Burnham is reasonably convinced that West Indian (Negro) immigration might well solve his electoral problem… he has entertained the possibility of putting together some form of unitary state with Barbados or Antigua, or one or several of the smaller islands. (Burnham told the U.S. Ambassador on July 4th that Grenada and St. Lucia had recently expressed an interest in merging with Guyana 927 Guyana.)
August 4, 1966 – Letter From the Ambassador to Guyana (Carlson) to the Assistant Secretary of State for Inter-American Affairs (Gordon)
“I thought you would be interested in the Prime Minister’s brief confidential summary to me of the topics discussed with the President privately… Burnham related to the President the idea of migration from the over-populated British West Indian islands to Guyana and the needed electoral benefit to the Burnham administration. “Burnham, whose coalition with the small, conservative United Force (UF) has always been fragile, /2/is working on various schemes to enlarge the Negro vote. He will try to obtain a substantial number of absentee votes from Negro Guyanese residing abroad. Beyond this, he is exploring means to merge Guyana with one or another Caribbean island (most likely St. Vincent) /3/ so as to increase the proportion of Negro voters”.
June 5, 1968 – Memorandum Prepared for the 303 Committee
“… representatives met with Prime Minister Forbes Burnham in late April to discuss operational matters related to the electoral campaign. At this meeting Burnham stated unequivocally that he plans to conduct the registration and voting in such a manner that the PNC will emerge with an absolute majority in the Guyana National Assembly. Burnham said that he will never again allow the life of his government to depend upon his coalition partner Peter d’Aguiar and that if the voting should turn out in such a manner that he could not form a government without the help of d’Aguiar, he would refuse to form a government. Burnham said that he plans to register 17, 18, 19 and 20 year old PNC adherents (minimum voting age is 21 years) to make up part of the vote he needs and will direct his campaign in such a way as to attract enough additional East Indian voters to put the PNC approximately on a par with the PPP in Guyana.”
Based on the preceding and the Government’s determination for House to House registration, one can understand the concerns over the influx of the Cubans, Venezuelans, and Haitians. Hopefully, Madam Justice Claudette Singh, the new Chairperson whose appointment was supported by both the Leader of the Opposition and the President, will be able to restore confidence in GECOM and the electoral process, and ensure a free and fair election.

Where in Hinduism does it state that one must be born into a Hindu? This sounds very similar to Jewish religious law, where one must be born from a Jewish mother…Also, lots of Hindu and Jewish words seem to be very similar, such as Shiva (Hindu), Bat-shiva (Jews).

Oklahoma.

Not only VCC but she goes to other temples and conference and to several other Greater Toronto Temples and workshops
Then there is an Indian-born Parsi woman who similarly attends the said services and classes. (Asked me to keep copy of my current book for her as I don’t regularly attend VCC).
So, there are three converts that I have met or know, personally.
In Guyana, while I don’t know her (but knew her mom fro workplace) Sharon Westmaas, she writes she became enamoured with Yoga/Hindu philosophy after ONLY ONE interview with a Swedish/Norwegian Yoga enthusiast who was in Guyana (in early 70’s to set up or help with an Yoga centre in Georgetown. Since then, said her whole life changed; and trekked mostly overland to India and lived in an ashram for two years. She is author of a rewrite (over 30 years) of the Mahabharata epic _ Sons of Gods. I have a copy.

Seecharan’s thesis is presented in this 2014 lecture. After you read it, look at the comments to see how many people are misled in their understanding of the racial situation in Guyana. Some even call for his false views to get into textbooks. (I kept quiet until now). Coincidentally (?) Prof Seecharan gets a Dlitt from UWI.

I will here break my promise and respond to the gang rape and killing of the 8 yr old Muslim girl.
From the time I heard of it (and many times in the media) I hang my head in shame. It was truly a horrendous crime against the child.
Nevertheless, some comments are in order:
The two ministers are not from Modi’s Central government. In a federal system as in US and Canada, each state/province appoints their own. The two ministers are from the said Jammu/Kashmir state where the Chief Minister is a Muslim.
Despite that, Prime Minister, Modi has come out and denounced the crime; as well, the two ministers have resigned for joining in support of the accused because they were misled about the accused involvement.
This support for the accused is no different from what I see so regularly in TO, where mothers and family members (hardly ever a father) come out in defence of their accused criminal or gang-killed sons. Even after conviction as recently, a mother was vehement that her son was ‘a good boy’.
As I noted, this Jammu-Kashmir region is fraught with violence, the overwhelming one-way violence and ethnic cleansing of Hindus (rape a usual weapon) – by the majority Muslims (backed by Pak) on Hindus; but you wouldn’t hear of Muslim atrocities because the ‘Christian’ media focus and magnification of any Hindu crime or controversial action. This is the said India-administered area that Modi gov’t just removed special status from, so as to integrate them properly into India and control the terrorist activities and economically develop the area. Yet, the said media is all over it claiming India’s high-handedness over India’s own territory.

Now, I relate here one of these grisly incidents by Paks on a just married Hindu bride as they were a couple of hours away in escaping Pakistan to India at Partition. As her husband and his brothers were out to get a truck for the escape, four hefty Muslim men with long knives arrived, decapitated the youngest brother-in-law left to guard her; then they proceeded to gang-rape the young bride beside the decapitated head/body, in the front yard .. At the end of her ordeal they sliced open her stomach and left her to slowly die!
I raise this story to show as in the circumcising of Hindu girls and women in Kerala, atrocities on Hindus were commonplace, but hardly reported. Also, because Prof Clem Seecharan cites the book (in the link I provided earlier) – The Colours of Violence – where I learned of it. The author, Sudhir Kakar, was cousin to the husband (who threw himself in front of a train as he couldn’t bear the memory of the sight of what happened to his just married bride).
The opinions of Kakar is cited by Seecharan in order to denounce so-called Hindus’ marginalization of Muslims and minorities in India (claiming the rationale is that Hindus are from Central Asian white stock via the AIT). Kakar also writes, from interviews he did with Muslims who were oppressing a small Hindu group, the Pardis, that if hypothetically, a Muslim girl went to the movies with a Hindu boy, she should be killed, forthwith.
I now show that the above cruel rapes don’t happen in India alone.
Here is the case of a Kenyan girl who was gang-raped and “after the alleged rape, the six men reportedly buried her in the 20-foot latrine. Neighbors heard her cries for help hours later and pulled her out, bloody and by then unconscious…”
So brutal was the gang-rape that she is left suffering from a condition that makes her unable to control her bowels as a result of the rape.”
Furthermore, ‘to rub salt in her wounds’, as punishment, “her alleged attackers were ordered to cut grass at the police station as punishment, then later freed, local rights groups said.

There is even very credible evidence that Jesus lived and later died in India; and that his ‘Christ’ moniker is patterned after Lord Krishna (Christna) .

I had said I will provide some more of the links between the Hebrew people and India – the names of Lord Krishna (Christna) and Christ are one piece of the evidence. As well, the book Jesus Lived in India, provides many other arguments for such a link.
As it turns out, today is the birth anniversary of Krishna, known and celebrated by Hindus as ‘Krishna Janamastmi or Krishna Jayanti’, somewhat like Christmas Day for Jesus.
In the story of his birth, the reader will see events which seem very familiar. Briefly:
• It was foretold that Krishna’s mother, Devaki, would give birth to a Redeemer – who would rid the people of a tyrannical king. The tyrant was his uncle, Kamsa.
• KRISHNA’S BIRTH WAS BY ‘IMMACULATE CONCEPTION’. She was visited by the supreme Lord Vishnu – thus making Krishna an avatar (Outar) of the supreme Godhead.
• The tyrant, Kamsa, was told that a Redeemer will descend to earth and be born to his sister, Devaki, to put an end to his tyranny.
• In this regard, Krishna would later say in the Bhagavad Gita, that in order to reinstate Dharma (righteous living), from age-to-age, he will be incarnated.
• Kamsa thus imprisoned his sister and her husband and proceeded to kill every male child she gave birth to.
• When Krishna was born, it was a stormy night, and a celestial intervened and sprung open the prison cell door and told Krishna’s father, Vasudeva, to take the newborn babe across the river, to the safe house of Nanda and wife Yasoda in Gokul.
• As Vasudeva began to ford the river, MIRACULOUSLY, THE WATERS CALMED AND PARTED, allowing him and baby Krishna to get to the safe house.
• At that house, Yasoda had just given birth to a baby girl and a switch was made without the parents knowing. Krishna was left there and Vasideva returned to the prison with the baby girl.
• When the tyrant king heard of the birth to Devaki, he arrived and as he had done to the other baby boys, he decided not to take chances even with a girl baby and grabbed the baby and attempted to smash her head against the prison wall, but the baby girl was also a celestial baby (MahaMaya) and flew up, and just laughed mockingly at Kamsa telling him that the baby boy who will be his undoing escaped; then she flew away.
• Kamsa then gave orders that his soldiers should visit every home AND KILL ALL BABY BOYS born within the last ten days. Several were killed but Krishna had already escaped; and Kamsa will indeed meet his end at adult Krishna’s hands.
As the reader can see there are many correspondences with the birth of Jesus. Furthermore, THE PARTING OF THE RIVER IS THE PROTOTYPE FOR MOSES’ PARTING OF THE RED SEA.
There are other similarities such as Moses being placed in a wicker basket in a river, to be found by the Pharaoh’s daughter. In the Mahabharata (Sharon Westmaas’ Sons 0f Gods) – depicting a society at least 3,000 year prior to Jesus – the character, Karna, was not only a divine (IMMACULATE CONCEPTION) birth – as were his five other brothers – but KARNA WAS ALSO PLACED IN A WICKER BASKET AND LEFT TO FLOAT DOWN A RIVER.
EVEN THE NOAH’S STORY, AS THE ADAM & EVE STORY, WERE ALREADY IN THE HINDU LEGENDS
Clearly, these correspondences could not be by accident, but show clearly that very likely the Hebrew people emerged out of India.

I learned over 20 years ago from other researchers and writers that many names of people and places in West Asia/Eastern Europe have names reminiscent of those in – India. On my own observation: way back in Guyana I used to notice this resemblance; even the music.
Other genetic studies have come to the same conclusion, rather than so-called Aryans invading India (as Clem Seecharan believes) it is Indians who have gone abroad and formed several kingdoms in West Asia/Eastern Europe.
In fact, I hope to have a book out late next year where I produce the surprising/shocking evidence of ‘Out of India’ influence.
I mentioned earlier that there was a legal scholar over 150 years ago who worked in India, where he studied the Indian religions and Sanskrit and thus wrote a book making similar claims as Brown. He goes further to show much of Western Laws are sourced from (Manu’s) Hindu law books; as well as, argues that via the Hebrews, Christianity is sourced from India (showing that Adam and Eve and Eden were in India). For example, the word “Adam” is Sanskrit (Adima) for “first”, hence the first man.
Here is another shocker, without giving away too much. Take the name Abraham; remove the “A” and we get ‘Braham’. Isn’t that very close to Brahmin, Brahma (the creator deity) and Brahman (the Hindu unseen, featureless Godhead). Abraham is the ‘father’ of the Semitic people and religions. Brahman is the universal Father or Consciousness.
In fact, Abraham was originally called ‘Abram’ but then changed his name to AbraHam, likely to pattern his name to reflect the prototypical Universal Father, BraHman and BraHma. In the Hindu system, Brahma’s consort is goddess SARAswati. Abraham’s wife was SARA. See the link?

Similarly, India uses names for its missiles, such as fundamental elements in Hindu philosophy: Prithvi=Earth, Agni=Fire, Akaash=Space; or Prahaar= division of a day; Trishul=Trident of Lord Shiva, Astra=a celestial weapon, Dhanus= a bow; Nirbay=Intrepid/fearless, etc.
