In Jamaica, NY, Sybil’s Bakery is the place to be If any Guyanese want to meet up with a lost connection. Sybil has got every possible edible that you would remember in Guyana. Therefore, the Little Guyana designation is commendable.
In Toronto, it’s “Little Jamaica” that’s been given “Heritage Conservation District” recognition.
So, wasteful NY’s trash is sent to other states to be disposed of. Strange!
So, I wonder, a weh dem a trow away all dem useless phoneys masquerading around with a meaningless “Dr” title? Apparently, Guyana is not an option.
Brother Man
I am a member of the Planning Committee of the ‘Little Guyana Avenue’ sign and it’s a big deal here. We will make it inclusive, a true Guyanese event. After all, Liberty Avenue belongs to all Guyanese, and other nationalities too.
