Although Guyana’s flooding has been classified as a Level 2 Disaster under the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency’s (CDEMA) regional response mechanism, the Civil Defence Commission (CDC)  on June 12,  confirmed that five regions are classified even worse as the impact has varied.

“Despite Guyana’s situation being classified as Level 2, the impact of the flood in the regions vary, with regions 1, 3, 4, 8 and 9 being at Level 2, given national capacity to manage the impact, while regions 2, 5, 6, 7 and 10 are classified as Level 3, based on the magnitude of the flood. It is for this reason that regional and international support is needed to effectively mobilize resources in order to respond and recover from the impact of the floods,” the CDC said in a statement on June 12, 2021.

The Trustee of the Key Integrated Monetary System and the Global Repository has already sent out information packages to every head of state or government concerning the availability of funds to finance every humanitarian project including infrastructure projects…. funds that belong to the people of every nation on this planet. The Federal Reserve and all their central banks have been stripped of their licenses and can no longer operate as banking institutions. The Key Integrated Monetary System and the Global Repository have replaced the criminal banksters cartels.
All governments have up to Thursday, June 17, 2021 to switch over to the new financial system or suffer the consequences of their non compliance. It’s time our Government officials get off their arses and do their jobs for and on behalf of the people who put them in office and are paying their salaries through taxation. The deep state psychopaths have been stripped of their powers even though some of them pretend that they are still in control.
Time to prepare detailed information/spreadsheets for every project showing what needs to be done for the people affected by the flood disasters and the funds needed to complete each project – no generalization is acceptable. No thievery will be tolerated either. This when completed must be sent directly to Kimberly Anne Goguen, the Sole Trustee for consideration and immediate funding if the guidelines are met. Every head of state or government has been informed of this transition and have been provided with all necessary guidelines and procedures. Time is running out and it is expected that good sense will prevail. Stop looking elsewhere for funding. Loans and debts are not the way to go. I warned the government of Guyana several times to move our oil revenues from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since that institution is bankrupt and has no authority to operate as a bank. I would further suggest that the President and VP discuss this matter urgently with the Trustee of the new financial system and decide on a safe haven for this revenue. Failure to do so can result in serious consequences.
