Guyana: Education: CAPE performance higher than regional average – CXC announcement – 2021

At the 2021 sitting of the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE), the performance of Guyana’s students was marginally higher than the rest of the region. In Guyana, 88 per cent of the CAPE candidates attained acceptable Grades One to Five passes as opposed to the Caribbean’s 87 per cent pass rate.
