Public Servants – Opposition believes 5% imposed increase is inadequate

December 4, 2012 – Capitol News.

Opposition leader David Granger believes that the 5% imposed by the Government on public servants is almost an insult and is inadequate.  The GPSU was pushing for a 25% increase across the board saying, that their proposals were based on research done by the union.

The PNC/R leader is calling on the Government to go back to the bargaining table and stop the imposition. Granger was speaking during an interview with this newscast.   Continue reading
