Vladimir Putin is a schoolyard bully! And like all of his ilk he needs to be treated as such!

Before I went to Queen’s College (QC) in Georgetown, Guyana my father, who had gone there a generation earlier warned me that there would be boys who terrorized other boys – threatening violence and carrying out the threats to dominate their peers. His advice was to immediately counter the threats of violence with actual violence of my own – he said that this would cause the bully to look for easier meat!
