Oil money is not vanishing into thin air: It’s being distributed to the wealthy and elites. Just check the vehicles waiting to be cleared at the wharf.
Who can afford late model Ranges, Benzes and Rolls Royces. I swore I saw a Rolls Royce at the wharf a time. I was with my brother who was bringing in his 2012 model Toyota pickup a few years ago.
