Absolute exon BS
Bottom line for exon CEO’s

A few Guyanese getting strange. You try to ask them about land and the responses I get is they don’t want to help, who am I, where I’m from.
I don’t have money to pay C$300,000 for a starter home in Guyana because the majority of locals are not willing to allow the local prices.
Then there are people telling me to send money, but they are not selling the property they claim to sell.
I might have to change my country of retirement.
Do you know of any countries friendly to Guyanese people of Indian descent?
India
Russia
Canada
I’m Canadian. It’s too expensive to retire in Canada.
What about Panama? Guyanese think I’m coming to Guyana for handouts but I have a pension coming in a few years and have a windfall savings from working for a few decades at my company.
Guyana got a real oil curse. A cost of living crisis.
A newspaper publisher inciting violent populist rhetoric while the Americans are living like royalty in Guyana.
The US$2B gas plant project benefit the oil companies and aristocratic elite. Who wants a gas pipeline in the middle of densely populated Parfait Harmonie housing scheme?
I’m guessing that you want to retire away from a certain group of people known for gentrifying immigrant communities and taking part in the slave trade?
Well, they are expats in Guyana too and the American culture that comes along with it.
There are gated communities and private schools solely for these American expats.
That is the reason why you can’t find home prices affordable anymore.
Anywhere these Americans, Canadians, Europeans go, they displace the local communities and create housing bubbles.
That is why the Guyanese at home are venting their anger at you and the diaspora instead, because the expats are considered the untouchables.
You cyant even look at a female expat without the GPF warning you of a law that doesn’t even exist.
A statistical correlation will prove that before the influx of these expats, land prices were affordable.
Doesn’t sound like good news. I wonder if there is land in the interior.
Maybe the creator is trying to warn me about living near oil reserves and gas pipelines and waterways being used for shorebases?
The Chinese businessmen are buying land at Lethem and starting up businesses, so you might have some luck there.
You’re right not to want to live near natural gas pipelines. The entire coastline is being used for resource extraction.
But again, the Americans and their high cost of life is in Guyana. You are not going to retire with the money you think would have worked a decade ago.
Dennis what’s up with Kaieteur News and Frederick Kissoon writing vitroil against female diaspora professors from University of Toronto and UBC?
Frederick Kissoon wrote that he doesn’t want the diaspora to return to Guyana and named and shamed a few female Professors. What’s going on in Guyana?
Excellent analysis!
UK house prices have hit roof with most top end of market owned by expats/oligarchs !
Q
Will city GT be relocated to higher ground near CJ airport ? Linden ?
LFSB and Cheddi must be turning in their grave !
K UK 🇪🇸🇬🇧
I ain’t got time with how Guyana is run. Read todays Kaieteur News Editorial and Frederick Kissoon. They are writing hatred against anyone who isn’t a Guyanese local.
Waste of time country with the people there.
