    Now the purchasing power of the Guyanese has to increase to make these malls a success with jobs that are sustainable.

    I hope he succeeds and stop the foreigners snapping up good locations, the government should give him all available tax breaks. If I remember correctly, he was a partner in a successful restaurant in Scarborough, dropped in occasionally. beer and fry fish. The President is correct Guyanese “money people” (all talk) should follow his example.
