People have been doing crooked things to get ahead for as long as man has been on the planet. It’s nothing new. The most corrupt organization is the government. It’s par for the course. The successful crooks are the ones who can stay outta jail.

In Guyana, as long as you own a property, and are part of the middle to upper class, there is no racist Trump supporter, police or white nationalist to harm your life, your future and your Golden years.
My advice: Before the Iranian nuclear investor, Chinese organ harvester, Russian gangster or Ukrainian money launder start buying up these properties, let the legislators enact laws to protect the land rights of Guyanese.
