It’s so nice to see the hustle and bustle of ole Georgetown and de liveliness of a 🇬🇾🇬🇾Guyanese marketplace with no one covering up under an unsightly face mask.
Brother Man
2019?
Construction is going at a rapid pace in GT. Dr. Raphael Hazel posted recent videos of Pegasus, and he predicts that steel and glass towers will become the norm in GT:
The Government should have a “Heritage” Act (??) in the city, and companies should be FORCED to build these monsters away, but close to the city.
This is one area the Government has all the cards, in maintaining the original “look” of the city. Here is the Big Bonus, stop covering all the green areas, and natural drainage will assist with control of city flooding.
If more of these large buildings are in one area, they will surely be able to provide their own electric power, with Government supply as a back up. There are so many things that can happen, these companies will have to pay for access roads, and thus eventually many others will follow, thus shifting away from the city center.
I see WIN WIN
BTW good video.
Many of those seven to ten storey buildings don’t pay property taxes or M&CC taxes.
Easy to solve, no? Whatever happened to the “Lets move a city” people, I see small steps, low cost, easing the burden from the Grid, sewer system…..and a good country for Trump to invest in

I will phone him later, looking good.
