Moray House Trust

Moray House Trust was founded on the ethos that “a culture thrives and develops where ideas circulate and are robustly debated and interrogated.”

This panel is the tenth event organised by the Trust to stimulate discussion about Oil & Gas, a new and complex sector. It will be hosted on Zoom and streamed via Moray House Trust’s Facebook page and YouTube Channel.

Dr. Adams, who has 30 years experience with the US Department of Energy, recently served as Director of Guyana’s Environmental Protection Agency. He holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering, MS Degrees in Groundwater Hydrology and Geological Engineering/Petroleum Engineering, and a BS in Civil Engineering.
Dr. Bulkan, an anthropologist by training, is Assistant Professor for Indigenous Forestry in the Department for Forest Resources Management at the University of British Columbia. She founded the Amerindian Research Unit at the University of Guyana and served as its Co-ordinator from 1985 to 1999.
Chris Ram has almost 50 years experience as an accountant and auditor. He is a civil society advocate, attorney-at-law, newspaper columnist and holds an LLM in Oil & Gas.
