GUYANA: Opening of Pegasus expansion delayed to May due to COVID-19

 – Badal confident of full occupancy by December next year

The  COVID-19 pandemic has deferred the opening of the US$100M Pegasus Hotel expansion projects from December of this year to May of 2021 but hotelier  Robert Badal is confident that the entity “will hold its own” and be the inspiration needed for local investors.

“I would say it has been delayed by about six months. Now we are scheduled to complete by May 2021 and I am optimistic that we will have full occupancy by December of next year,” he added.      Continue reading
