    A very depressing picture of Guyana’s failed bureaucratic system. It seems that nothing has changed since I left in the late 1980s.

    White people don’t suffer in Guyana as we, the non-white races do.

    There is bureaucracy for us, but the money launderer from Hong Kong or the white American man who fled America after shooting up an African-American church, mosque or temple will most likely get approval to construct another 8 storey building.
