Today marks the 56th year since Elizabeth II became Queen.

Elizabeth II – BornApril 21, 1926,  has been Queen of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand since 6 February 1952. Additionally, she is Head of the Commonwealth and queen of 12 countries that have become independent since her accession.

Are you a little shocked by the pictures when it penetrates your brain as to how long she’s been around. She gives new meaning to the phrase “Long Live the Queen”.
In all, she has met 11 US Presidents, starting with Truman and ending with Obama.
The 12th will be President Trump when he makes his first official visit to London.
