Invitation to Seminar on Joint Ventures and Strategic Partnerships
The Guyana Office for Investment is hosting four (4) half-day Seminars to introduce local businesses to the development of joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
he Seminars will be held at the Marriott Hotel, Georgetown on November 20th and 21st, 2017 as follows:
Session 1 -November 20th 08:30hrs – 12:30 hrs
Session 2 – November 20th 13:30hrs – 16:30 hrs
Session 3 – November 21th 08:30hrs – 12:30 hrs
Session 4 – November 21th 13:30hrs – 16:30 hrs
The Seminars will provide introductory information on how to evaluate and cultivate strategic partnerships. Presentations will also be given on the legal and financial basics relevant to the development of joint ventures and alliances.

Please note that persons need only attend one session.

Over 15,000 scientists hailing from more than 180 countries just issued a dire warning to humanity: “Time is running out” to stop business as usual, as threats from rising greenhouse gases to biodiversity loss are pushing the biosphere to the brink.
Reassessing warning issued 25 years ago, the “second notice” to humanity warns of “widespread misery and catastrophic biodiversity loss” unless business-as-usual is upended.
