They
come here
in their boat
me, Arawak
watch from the bushes with bow and arrow.

 

My Guyana

This
My land
My water
My everything
Europeans tell me it is not mine.

    Good. The Europeans have to re-write the history texts. We have been saying so. But they are reluctant, as always.
