The ushers will circulate mobile card swipe machines among the worshipers:
- Those who prefer to make electronic fund transfers are directed to computers and laptops at the rear of the church
- Those who prefer to use iPads can open them.
- Those who prefer telephone banking, take out your cell phones to transfer your contributions to the church account.
The holy atmosphere of the Church becomes truly electrified as ALL the smart phones, iPads, Tablets, PCs and laptops beep and flicker!

LOL. It makes total sense. Why wait until 2020?
Pass ! May be in the “afterlife” by 2020…..if it exists…my jury is out.
I pray that does not happen. I hope that social media is used as a tool for evangelism.
Its already happening. A friend’s church meets in an on-line chat room for prayer at five in the mornings. Most young people in churches use their tablets or cell phones to download scriptures. ( Mind you these are the really conscientious ones) Most don’t really follow. Tech. savvy ministers are also streaming live during their sermons and can be viewed by “shut-ins ” and members at work. That’s just how technology is going, We have come a long way from, “please turn off all cell phones in church” That absolutely does not apply.
