Miners buried in gold mine landslide

Capitol News: Reports out of Konawaruk indicate that 11 miners were buried alive in a gold mine in the area this afternoon. The face of the mining pit caved in on 18 miners who were working there Two are critical and five are being treated at the Madhia Hospital. The mining operation is in dispute. The operator has no permission to be on the land. GGMC officers were barred from inspecting the mining operation.
