The GACACF thanks you for your support of our Independence Gala featuring Dave Martins and the Trade Winds!, we do hope you had a  time!

Now that the grown ups have had their fun, it’s time for the young and young at heart to also have fun and enjoy our culture with 2 events in March! 

In lieu of our general meeting on Sunday March 16th, we will be having some fun playing Phagwah! – GACACF will have a booth at this event for organization information.

T20 cricketBarbados-born seamer Christopher Jordan proved to be England’s hero, snatching three for 39 from his four overs, including the crucial wicket of Ramdin in the penultimate over.

Barbados, Thursday March 13, 2014, CMC – West Indies failed in their bid to complete a clean sweep, as England held their nerve to record a consolation victory, in an exciting finale to their three-match Twenty20 International series here Thursday.

Set a challenging but achievable 166 to win, West Indies were propelled by Lendl Simmons who top scored with 69 and wicketkeeper Denesh Ramdin who got 33, as the finished five runs short of their target at Kensington Oval.  Continue reading
