Conservative Republicans have lost their fight over the shutdown and debt ceiling, and they probably won’t get major spending cuts in upcoming negotiations over the budget.

But they’re winning the big one: How the nation understands our biggest domestic problem.

They say the biggest problem is the size of government and the budget deficit.

In fact our biggest problem is the decline of the middle class and increasing ranks of the poor, while almost all the economic gains go to the top.

The Labor Department reported Tuesday that only 148,000 jobs were created in September — way down from the average of 207,000 new jobs a month in the first quarter of the year.

Many Americans have stopped looking for work. The official unemployment rate of 7.2 percent reflects only those who are still looking. If the same percentage of Americans were in the workforce today as when Barack Obama took office, today’s unemployment rate would be 10.8 percent.   [Read more]

The hypocritical left at it again! Obamacare, the Wall Street bailout, the housing bubble, the education bubble, were all masterminded by the hypocritical left spewing bleeding heart rhetoric while sticking it to the people.

America is second (Luxemburg spends the most) for spending the most on education yet get very dismal results. Liberals dominate in the public education monopoly sector ensuring that their base remains dumb and stupid and dependent on government handouts, keeping their base from straying. 33% of the American population holds college degrees, and those with a bachelor’s degree predominately vote conservative. Those with PhDs who benefit from all the govt mandated programs (medicare, medicaid, social security, education, insurance, welfare, etc) tend to vote liberal to protect their self interest.

It cost twice as much to educate a child with special education issues, not to mention the added bonus of collecting a disability check for life from the govt each month. Yes, most Americans deliberately want a disable child for this very reason. Added to that, the leading cause of disability in children are linked to substance abuse, making it very easy to have a disable child. To have a child for this reason is just plain sick and diabolical. And this is the mindset of liberal base, to keep a stupid and dependent on them for scraps.

The current Pope said it best when he said something along the lines that the liberal agenda makes the strong stronger and the weak weaker. How true…

You have decided to ignore the arguments of the former Secretary of Labour to engage in a general attack on the Left without providing enough information to base it on. How is the Left responsible for the Wall Street bailout when so many on the right and left were against it? The Housing bubble was a creation of the left? Explain! As for Per capita on education the US is certainly not second. The voting patterns in the US are known: It is not a question of degree holders, unless you are only considering the white population.

It is preposterous to imagine that most Americans would prefer to have a disabled child in order to get a welfare check. Any mothers want to comment? And just remember that the dealers could not make a profit if they depended on poor people to buy their drugs. We should be looking carefully at the children of celebrities if one accepts Gigi’s hypothesis.

Most commentators have been “accusing” Pope Francis of being a liberal. No record of him saying anything about the liberal agenda.

More about your sources, Gigi. You were wrong about the colours of the Guyana flag being African when it was a white American who considered it his best work and based it on Guyana’s geographical attributes. You told us of a black NY man shooting a white criminal in the back when nothing about that was true. What is your agenda?
