The FEMA of the USA is the Agency that responds to situations as Hurricane Sandy’s destruction of places in the USA. Can we ever be fully Prepared for Nature’s wrath. The answer is simply NO! The post storm Assessment and the Search and Rescue Teams is what we should perfect and have everyone on the alert so we can save lives. Physical destruction will always be dealt with after the fact that the storm has moved on. No amount of PreStorm watch will ever be sufficient in these times where Nature is reacting to man’s destruction of his own Environment. This is the Price we have to pay for our own lack of diligence in dealing with the Super Environmental Issues. The GReen house Gases, the Ozone Layers, the Pollution of Air, Land and the Seas. In the USa alone 50,000 flights were cancelled. Think of the Aviation fuel used in flight and the spent gases polluting the atmosphere in a single day!
