What is the time limit for a Bill that has been approved by the Parliament and has been forwarded for the signature of the President, can ramain with him unsigned. There are many such Bills awaiting the signatures of many a President around the world that has not been assented to. Is there a Presenditial prerogative and that must be interpreted as Presidential time given for his consent rather than DERELECTION of Duty. The Speaker can also create a constitutional crisis by expelling members of the Government as Rohee for example and any one else. The speaker is one the Opposition side and therefore can do many things in this stymied 10th Parliament.

Is the speaker correct when he said that that a Constitutional Crisis could be developed within the Govt? I would like to hear more on this matter as I am an ordinary resident who does not know anything of the law.
