 This 136 pages e-book manuscript makes useful reading for those who are interested in the relationship between food hygiene and physical well-being. It is nicely sectioned so that you can select the section you are interested in, for example herbs and their curative / medical properties, if you don’t want to go through the whole book.
What is useful is that the author draws comparisons between the types of herbs and foods in Africa and the Caribbean that we were accustomed to using, seasonal change and their effects on health and longevity…that is how they inhibit and prevents the process and progress of disease and illnesses.  It also explains some inadequacies in the theories relating to obesity.  Click link below:
